Shipping costs: The shipping costs depends on the delivery service you chose. Please take the shipping costs directly from our order processing in our Online Shop.
Payment: The payment of the ordered products is fulfilled by credit card (VISA/MC/AmEx) or by Paypal.
Validity of prices: The prices in our shop do not include the sales tax. You will have to pay your local sales tax and the custom's duty on receipt of the shipment.
Data protection: Any data required for business transactions will be stored only at our own company and will not be passed on to third parties.
Buy goods on approval: At our shop you buy goods on approval, i.e. you may return any item you do not like within a period of 30 days without stating any reasons. The purchase agreement will come into effect after expiry of the 30-day period granted for returns.
Terms of warranty and guarantee: The statutory warranty period is 2 years, beginning with the delivery of the goods. During this period, any defects covered by the statutory warranty shall be remedied entirely free of charge. Your right to demand removal of defects shall initially be limited to subsequent delivery. If such subsequent delivery fails, you shall be entitled to choose - at your option - between cancellation of the contact or reduction of the purchase price. In the event that any of the articles or substitute articles ordered are not available for delivery, we shall be entitled to refrain from delivery. We shall immediately notify you of the impossibility to deliver.

Reservation of ownership: We reserve the right of ownership to the goods until full payment.
Compensation for lost value: In the event that you exercise your right to return goods within 30 days, we reserve the right to claim reasonable compensation for lost value caused by the malproper use of the item.
